VTB Bank (Armenia) said today it has developed special terms for using VTB-Transfer cards for customers who periodically receive money transfers from abroad.
YEREVAN, May 8. /ARKA /. VTB Bank (Armenia) said today it has developed special terms for using VTB-Transfer cards for customers who periodically receive money transfers from abroad. It said in order to receive VTB-Transfer cards, customers only need to visit a branch of the bank once, sign an application and receive the card on the spot:
The bank said it offers VTB-Transfer cards for instant receiving of remittances in Armenian drams (if the client plans to always receive / convert money transfers into Armenian drams), also VTB-Transfer MasterCard Standard multicurrency cards (if the client wants to use the amount of money transfers in the currency of the transfer - USD, EUR, RUB).
After receiving the card, the client can receive money transfers without leaving home or workplace using one of the following comfortable options: make only one call to the Contact Center by dialing 87-87, send a request for a transfer through Mobile Banking or use the call back function on the Bank’s website.
VTB Bank (Armenia) said its employees will be happy to help new customers who do not yet know how to use the VTB-Transfer service, by demonstrating on the spot the ease of their use. When the money transfer is placed on the card, the client receives an SMS notification from the Contact Center and can cash out the amount from the card:
The money transfers in drams can be withdrawn from 160 ATMs of the Bank in Yerevan and regions of Armenia. Money transfers in foreign currency can be taken in 70 branches of the Bank.
Also, VTB-Transfer card holders can enjoy the following benefits: preferential conversion rate at the time of placing the money transfer on the card, the possibility of obtaining a credit line of up to 1 million drams based on the history of remittances.
The monthly fee for servicing the card is only 60 drams, if the client receives at least one money transfer a month.
At VTB Bank (Armenia), customers can receive money transfers via IntelExpress, MoneyGram, Convers Transfers, TelCell, Unistream and BEST international money transfer systems.
