For the convenience of its customers and partners, VTB Bank (Armenia) has facilitated the installment loaning process several times, the bank’s press service reported.
YEREVAN, August 22. /ARKA/. For the convenience of its customers and partners, VTB Bank (Armenia) has facilitated the installment loaning process several times, the bank’s press service reported.
"From now on, customers and partners of VTB Bank (Armenia) will be able to use the new facilitated lending process by sending only a photo of a client’s identity document to the Bank’s head office via the Viber or WhatsApp messengers," the bank said in a press release today.
It said the entire process of issuing a loan is carried out by an employee of the Bank in a matter of minutes.
"VTB Bank (Armenia) cooperates with more than 700 stores and trade outlets, of which 15% already use this option," the press release said.
This lending format has no analogue in the banking sector of Armenia and is unique in the field of installment credit, according to the Bank.
VTB Bank (Armenia) is constantly developing and periodically improving its processes, which ensure continuous growth of its loan portfolio.
VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC became a member of VTB Group in April 2004. It owns 100% of the shares of VTB Bank (Armenia). -0-
