YEREVAN, October 9. /ARKA/. The construction of Dalan, the largest technology complex in Armenia, is in progress.
According to the Ministry of Economy, the total area of the business park within this complex, which was inspected by Minister Gevorg Papoyan, spans 154,000 square meters, with office space occupying 34,300 square meters. Investments amounting to $80 million have already been made, with an additional $80 million planned for the project's completion.
Dalan Technopark is envisioned as a business ecosystem that will provide the first modern workspace of its kind in the region, designed in accordance with international LEED and BOMA standards. The facility will include business lounges, conference rooms, shared workspaces, breakout areas, restaurants, event halls, cafes, and green spaces.-0-
