Armenia and Kyrgyzstan found themselves among the countries badly stricken by food and oil crises.
Under the program, poor peasants and small farmers will be provided with seeds, fertilizers and other resources necessary for supporting their business.
The key aim of the projects is to ensure sowing season.-0-
