Armenian Armavia air company to launch regular flights to Zurich and Berlin soon
YEREVAN, March 16. /ARKA/. Armavia, Armenian national air company, is to launch regular flights to Zurich and Berlin and back on March 30, Norayr Belluyan, director general of the company, said Saturday answering the question ARKA News Agency correspondent put to him.
“The first flight will be operated on March 30 and regular flights will operate from April 14 twice a week”, he said.
Flight to Zurich and bank will be operated on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Yerevan-Berlin-Yerevan flights on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Besides, flights from Yerevan to Marcel will become more frequent – twice a week instead of former once.
Belluyan said that Yerevan-Los Angeles flight will be launched as well, but he found it difficult to point out the exact date.
He said that the negotiation over the matter is under way now.
“The flight will be launched after the company obtains the final permission from Armenian and American parts”, Belluyan said.
“We have even negotiated over an aircraft intended specially for this very route, but this is not reasonable to negotiate over the matter before getting the final decision.”
