YEREVAN, July 26. / ARKA /. CJSC South Caucasus Railways has already begun to reorganize the Road Learning Center, where young railroad employees will raise the level of professional knowledge and skills, said on Friday the Chairman of the Young Professionals SCR Vahe Davtyan at the rally, the press service of SCR reported.
"Young cadres and their development is one of the most important priorities of our company," he said.
According to Davtyan, within the capacity of the program in the SCR, there will be technical libraries, the further education of young professionals in specialized institutes of the Russian Federation and Armenia, and distance learning in the classroom is also a possibility.
"Big business always carries a social responsibility, which is why we developed the program on socio-economic support to our young staff, which includes such projects as Young Family, Housing for Youth, Young People's Health and more," he said.
Members of the Council also identified the main directions of cooperation with governmental and nongovernmental organizations, as well as different business structures.
However, the Council identified new vectors of international cooperation, including the ones with Russian colleagues.
In the course of the gathering there was a presentation of the newly renovated building of the locomotive depot in Yerevan.
Young professionals have demonstrated the work of the new equipment installed during the execution of the reconstruction program depot.
Also, delegates were introduced to new technologies used in the railway industry, which is now introduced on SCR.
At present, the SCR has involved about 700 young professionals, the age of which does not exceed 30 years.
