The volume of consumer services in Jan.-July 2010 grew by 6.1% if compared to the same time span last year, to 431.9 billion Drams, the National Statistical Service reported.
YEREVAN, September 2, /ARKA/. The volume of consumer services in Jan.-July 2010 grew by 6.1% if compared to the same time span last year, to 431.9 billion Drams, the National Statistical Service reported.
Information services rose by 4.3% year-on-year to 108.9 billion Drams making 25.2% of all consumer services. Financial and insurance services (21.5%) grew by 16.5% to 92.7 billion Drams. Transport services dropped by 0.9% to 88.2 billion Drams (20.4% of all services).
Six percent of consumer services (26 billion Drams) were professional, scientific and technical services,
5.1% (22.1 billion Drams) educational services, 4.7% or 20.1 billion Drams were auxiliary and administrative services. ($1 – 363.74 Drams). M.M. -0-
