Armenia signed agreements with 45 countries in the sphere of civil aviation

Armenia signed mutual agreements with 45 countries in the sphere of civil aviation, said Head of Staff of Head office of Civil Aviation Sahak Hakobyan.
YEREVAN, September 29. /ARKA/. Armenia signed mutual agreements with 45 countries in the sphere of civil aviation, said Head of Staff of Head office of Civil Aviation Sahak Hakobyan.

“It is a legal basis for regulation of air transportation sphere”, he said on Wednesday to the journalists of “Novosti”. According to the assessment of international experts, the sphere of civil aviation in Armenia corresponds to world standards.

In the result of the inspections two important agreements were signed – agreement with EU countries and inter-state agreement “Open Sky” between USA and Armenia.

Advisor to the Head of Staff of Head office of Civil Aviation Grigor Nazaryan said that currently standards of European Agency of Aviation Security (EASA) are being intensively introduced in Armenia.-0-
