Armenia, Georgia to develop cooperation in transport area

Armenian Transport and Communications Minister Manuk Vardanyan and Georgian Regional Development and Infrastructures Minister Ramaz Nikolaishvili expressed willingness to deepen cooperation as met Wednesday in Yerevan, the press office of Armenian Transport and Communications Ministry reports.
They discussed a wide range of issues related to transport and road construction.
The ministers also pointed out necessity to improve motorways to create favorable conditions for transit freight.
The Georgian delegation headed by Prime Minister Nika Gilauri came to Yerevan for a one-day visit. -0-
