“South Caucasian Railways” (SCR) announces a children’s competition “Cheerful train” dedicated to the Day of Railway Workers. Children and teenagers at the age up to 16 can participate in the competition.

YEREVAN, July 20. /ARKA/. “South Caucasian Railways” (SCR) announces a children’s competition “Cheerful train” dedicated to the Day of Railway Workers. Children and teenagers at the age up to 16 can participate in the competition.

The competition is conducted in three nominations - “Picture”, “Literature” and “Design and modeling”. All the works presented in the competition should be dedicated to railway transport and the work of railway workers.

In nomination “Picture” the works of young artists are accepted in the format not less than A4 and not more than А2.

In nomination “Literature” poems, stories and ballades dedicated to railway will be assessed.

For participation in nomination “Design and modeling” models on railway subjects will be accepted.

All the works and applications for participation should be sent to SCR Staff management and Social Development Department by August 1, 2011 by the following address: 0005, Republic of Armenia, 50 Tigran Mets Street.

CJSC “South-Caucasian Railway” is a 100% subsidiary of OJSC “Russian Railways” implementing concession management of CJSC “Armenian Railways” according to the Concession Agreement signed on February 13, 2008.
