Paris and Yerevan municipalities plan to implement joint economic projects, said Paris City Mayor Bertrand Delanoe in signing agreement on friendship and cooperation between Yerevan and Paris.
YEREVAN, October 26. /ARKA/. Paris and Yerevan municipalities plan to implement joint economic projects, said Paris City Mayor Bertrand Delanoe in signing agreement on friendship and cooperation between Yerevan and Paris.
“Besides the existing high level of cultural cooperation between the two countries, we plan to implement serious economic projects. With the help of experience exchange in various spheres, the city’s utility facilities will be improved”, he said.
The document includes interesting ways of cooperation between the two countries.
“My meetings in Yerevan are held in warm atmosphere. It was expanded due to the participants of General Assembly of International Association of francophone countries”, he said.
Yerevan City Mayor Karen Karapetyan said that Armenian-French relations, as well as relations between the two capitals are on a high level.
“The signed document gives a new quality to our cooperation and I am confident that after this meeting our friendly relations will strengthen more”, he said.
Karapetyan also said that such a level of cooperation can serve an example for interrelation of Yerevan with other francophone countries.-0-
