A multifunctional complex of municipal importance is to be constructed in the south-east of Yerevan. The design works on the project are currently under way, Chief Architect of Yerevan Samvel Danielian told journalists Monday.
YEREVAN, November 19. /ARKA/. A multifunctional complex of municipal importance is to be constructed in the south-east of Yerevan. The design works on the project are currently under way, Chief Architect of Yerevan Samvel Danielian told journalists Monday. The complex will be built up in Malatia-Sebastia community of Yerevan, at a 250-hectare territory adjacent to “Mars” factory.
Organizations, business agencies, technoparks and dwelling houses are to be located at the territory of the complex. Green zones are also to be set within the complex territory.
The aim of the construction is to relieve the small center of the city; apart from that, the new structure can undertake the functions connected with regional communications,” the Chief Architect said.
Danielian also reported unauthorized buildings in the territory. Some of them obstruct the construction and appropriate measures will be taken toward them, he said.–0--
