Agency for financing exporters to be established in Armenia

Armenian government approved today a set of measures to be taken to establish an agency for lending money to exporters.

YEREVAN, November 22. /ARKA/. Armenian government approved today a set of measures to be taken to establish an agency for lending money to exporters. 

Economy Minister Tigran Davtyan, speaking today at a Cabinet regular meeting, said that insurance of crediting exports is a practical decision made as part of the government’s strategy of supporting exporters. 

He said the agency will be the government’s instrument for supporting exporters. 

Davtyan said that the agency will be developed into a self-financing system, and will function on market principles. -0---
