Ara Petrosian replaced by Sergey Avetisyan as deputy economy minister

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has dismissed Ara Petrosyan as a deputy minister of economy, the government said adding that Petrosyan had himself asked for resignation.

YEREVAN, February 6. / ARKA /. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has dismissed Ara Petrosyan as a deputy minister of economy, the government said adding that Petrosyan had himself asked for resignation.
By another decision Sargsyan appointed to this post Sergey Avetisyan. Avetisyan was born in 1981 in Yerevan. He graduated from the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University and the National University of Singapore. He has PhD in Economics.
From 2003 to 2009 he worked at the Central Bank of Armenia as a bank controller; from 2009 to 2014 he was chief of Staff of the Ministry of Culture. Avetisyan is nonpartisan. Married. M.M.-0-
