Armenia and EU consider expanding cooperation in energy

YEREVAN, June 29. /ARKA/. EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas discussed in Yerevan with Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan the possibility of expanding cooperation in energy.
As reported by the presidential press service, the discussion focused, in particular, on the renewable and “green” energy sectors.
The interlocutors stressed the importance of stimulating cooperation between Armenia and the EU in this area and forming new initiatives. -0-
