Armenia and France to establish Armenian representative office of French Development Agency

YEREVAN, May 26. /ARKA/. Armenia and France have signed a set of documents on boosting political dialog, economic ties and also fighting against disinformation.
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noel Barrot have signed a Declaration of Intentions in Yerevan on Monday, which, in particular, envisages holding annual political meetings between the foreign ministries of the two countries, cooperation in fighting disinformation and retraining of diplomats, the Armenian Foreign Ministry's press service reported.
The Foreign Ministers of the two countries have also signed a protocol on amendments to the agreement between the governments of Armenia and France on the establishment of the Armenian representative offices of the French Development Agency (AFD) and a company for the promotion of economic cooperation and participation (Proparco).
In the presence of the ministers, Acting Director of Enterprise Armenia investment support fund Gohar Ghalyan and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia Olivier Decottignies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Enterprise Armenia Fund and Business France.--0---.
