Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan revealed that he has reached out to Russia to restore the railways that lead to the borders of Azerbaijan and Turkey.
YEREVAN, December 18. /ARКА/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan revealed that he has reached out to Russia to restore the railways that lead to the borders of Azerbaijan and Turkey.
"I have urged our Russian partners to promptly carry out the complete restoration of the railways on the segments from Yeraskh to the Azerbaijani border, and from Akhurik to the Turkish border," he stated during a press briefing on Thursday.
Pashinyan also mentioned that he would soon address a similar concern regarding the Ijevan-Gazakh section. "I think this section requires immediate repairs," he noted.
The Armenian prime minister expressed optimism that his Russian partners will act on this request as swiftly as possible. -0-
