Discussions with various countries and companies regarding the construction of a new nuclear power unit continue. Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan announced this at a meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.
YEREVAN, March 18. /ARKA/. Discussions with various countries and companies regarding the construction of a new nuclear power unit continue. Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan announced this at a meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.
"The Armenian government has already chosen the type of nuclear power plant – modular. We will select the model within the next year or in early 2027, after which we will move on to the next stage," Khudatyan said.
