Armenia leads EEU in industrial production growth for January-May 2024

YEREVAN, July 22. /ARKA/. Industrial production in Armenia saw the highest increase among the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) countries, growing by 22% in January-May 2024 compared to the same period in 2023, according to the Eurasian Economic Commission's Telegram channel.

The overall industrial production within the EEU increased by 5.2% during this period. Growth was recorded in all member states: Armenia with 22%, Kyrgyzstan with 2.6%, Belarus with 8%, Russia with 5.2%, and Kazakhstan with 3%.

Armenia to receive $1.7 million grant from Japan to modernize air quality monitoring system
