Electricity production in Armenia in 2021 dropped by 0.6% from the previous year to 7,674.9 billion kWh, the National Statistical Committee said.

YEREVAN, February 11. /ARKA/. Electricity production in Armenia in 2021 dropped by 0.6% from the previous year to 7,674.9 billion kWh, the National Statistical Committee said.
According to it, electricity exports declined by 25.3% from 2020 to 995.2 million kWh, while electricity imports to Armenia increased by 15% to 368.5 million kWh.
The electricity balance in 2021 was 7,048.2 billion kWh, an increase of 5% compared to 2020, according to official data.-0-
