YEREVAN, November 25. /ARKA/. In the first ten months of 2020 Armenia generated a total of 6.357.9 billion kWh of electricity, by 1.7%b more from the year ago, the National Statistical Committee (NSC) said.

It said electricity production in October 2020 was up by 3% compared to October 2019, and down 1.8% compared to September 2020.

According to preliminary data of the National Statistical Committee, Armenia's economic activity in January-October 2020 declined by 6.7% compared to the same period in 2019. At the same time, in October 2020, compared to October 2019, the decline was 8.1%, and compared to September 2020 - 4.9% ($1 - 512.31 drams). –0--

Armenia's foreign trade turnover in January-February decreased by 52%, to $2.8 billion.

According to preliminary statistics, the volume of foreign trade turnover in Armenia in January-February 2025 amounted to $2,785.8 million, which is 52% lower than the figure for the same period in 2024, the National Statistical Committee of Armenia reports.
