YEREVAN, June 4. /ARKA/. Armenia's government approved Thursday a program of standardization of the economy's segments for 2015.
Economy Minister Karen Chshmarityan said the national standards that are being introduced now have been brought in conformity with the Euroepan Union and the Eurasian Economic Union technical regulations and international standards.
Standardization this year will be focused on military, healthcare, construction, energy and energy efficiency, IT, agriculture and other sectors.
«In particular, the medical services sector is badly in need of standardization,» Chashmarityan said. --0---
