YEREVAN, August 28. /ARKA/. The Armenian Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) imposed a fine of 20 million drams on CJSC "Electric Networks of Armenia" on Wednesday.

The PSRC initiated an administrative proceeding following complaints from citizens to investigate a possible violation of the company's obligation to provide accurate and comprehensive information, as stipulated by its electricity distribution license.

The investigation confirmed that the company had indeed provided inaccurate and incomplete information, a fact acknowledged by the company.

Considering that this violation also hindered the Commission's ability to fully and properly assess citizens' complaints, the PSRC imposed a fine of 20 million drams on Electric Networks of Armenia.
