Armenian government allocates AMD 96 million to communities damaged by natural disasters

YEREVAN, July 21. /ARKA/. Armenia’s government has allocated AMD 96 million as assistance for some provinces damaged by natural disasters in June and July.
In particular, the government earmarked these financial resources to residents of Gegharkunik, Armavir, Kotayk and Syunik provinces stricken by winds and hail as well as to residents of the flood-stricken town of Artik in Shirak province.
It allocated AMD 22 million to Armavir province, AMD 3,800,000 to Artik, AMD 10 million to Gegarkunik, AMD 5 million to Karchakhpyur and AMD 55 million for repairing Kapan’s roads. -0----
