YEREVAN, November 8. /ARKA/. The Armenian Parliament's Committee on Financial and Budget Issues has green-lighted today a draft budget designed by the government for 2024.

The next four-day session of the parliament is expected to kick off debates on the budget.

According to the draft, the GDP growth is expected to be 7% (as much as 2023). It calls for 2 trillion 676 billion drams in revenue and 3 trillion 108 billion drams in spending. The projected budget deficit is 4.6%.

The ratio of government's debt to GDP in 2024 will increase by 1.4 p.p. to 48.4%. ($1 - AMD 402.66). --0--
