Armenian president to attend UNCTAD and Crans Montana forums in Switzerland

Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian will be visiting Switzerland October 22-25 to participate in the Sixth World Investment Forum 2018, organized by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in Geneva and in another international forum Crans Montana.

Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian will be visiting Switzerland October 22-25 to participate in the Sixth World Investment Forum 2018, organized by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in Geneva and in another international forum Crans Montana.
Armenia’s president will speak at the summit of world leaders organized in the framework of the forum. The participants will discuss ways to direct foreign direct investments in sustainable development.
The participation in the world forum has already been confirmed by the leadership of more than 30 countries of Asia, Europe, South and North America. Large businesses will be represented by top managers of Nestle, Novartis, Contour Global, AMR Industry Alliance, Aviva, Jumia, Siemens and UBS.
The president of Armenia will also attend the opening of the 20th annual session of the Crans Montana international forum and will be the main speaker during discussions on local and global security issues.
The Crans Montana Forum is a platform for international cooperation with more than 100 leaders from different countries participating in its annual events. In an informal setting, they discuss social, economic, and security issues. -0-
