The average market price of a square meter housing in Yerevan apartments in October rose by 0.1 percent from September to 272,900 drams, the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre reported today.

YEREVAN, December 16. / ARKA /. The average market price of a square meter housing in Yerevan apartments in October rose by 0.1 percent from September to 272,900 drams, the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre reported today.

The highest price was boasted by Kentron administrative district– 428,000 drams, the lowest – 153,000 drams- was in Nubarashen district.

The average price of a square meter of housing in privately-owned homes did not change standing at 300,300 drams, while the price of a square meter in apartments in regions increased by 0.1%.

A slight increase in prices of apartments was reported in Aparan, Talin, Gavar, Chambarak , Maralik , Meghri, Agarak , Yeghegnadzor, Jermuk, Noyemberian and Ayrum .

The highest price per square meter of housing beyond Yerevan was in Tsakhkadzor (292,500 drams) , the lowest in Dastakert (Syunik) and Shamlugh (Lori) regions (8000 drams). ($ 1 - 404.95 drams). -0-
