The average price for one square meter in apartment blocks in Yerevan rose 16 percent in January 2020, compared with December 2019, and 0.6% compared with January 2019, the Armenian Cadastre Committee reported on Monday.

YEREVAN, March 9. /ARKA/. The average price for one square meter in apartment blocks in Yerevan rose 16 percent in January 2020, compared with December 2019, and 0.6% compared with January 2019, the Armenian Cadastre Committee reported on Monday.
According to the report, the Armenian capital city's Kentron (Center) district is singled out for the highest average price - AMD 659,500 per one square meter, and Nubarashen district for the lowest price - AMD 188,000.
The average price for one square meter in apartment blocks in provinces went 6.4% up in January 2020 compared with December 2019, and 0.5% compared with January 2019.
Tsakhkadzor, one of Armenia's popular resort, is singled out for the highest average price - AMD 282,500 and Tumanyan for the lowest price - AMD 24,000.
The town of Dastakert, known for the lowest prices for a long period of time (AMD 20,100 per one square meter) is not included in the Cadastre's first report in 2020. ($1 – AMD 480.48). -0---
