Some 8,129,200 liters of brandy have been produced in Armenia over a period between January and June 2013 – 1% year-on-year growth, the National Statistical Service reports.

YEREVAN, August 2. /ARKA/. Some 8,129,200 liters of brandy have been produced in Armenia over a period between January and June 2013 – 1% year-on-year growth, the National Statistical Service reports.
The country’s wine output grew 20.7% in Jan-June 2013, compared with the same period a year earlier, to 2,425,400 liters, vodka output grew 5% to 4,245,900 liters and champagne output grew 3.1 times to 116,900 liters, while beer output fell 2.4% to 6,374,600 liters.
Soft drinks industry accounted for 20,889,200 liters produced in Jan-June 2013 and 30.3% year-on-year growth. ---0---
