CBA: transfers from Russia to Armenia in 2011 increased by 21.9% to 1 295.2 million dollars

Money transfers from Russia to Armenia in the name of individuals in 2011 were $1 295.2 million vs. about $1062.3 million in 2010 (growth by 21.9%), states the report of CBA “Generalization of monetary-credit indicators in December 2011”.

YEREVAN, February 7. /ARKA/. Money transfers from Russia to Armenia in the name of individuals in 2011 were $1 295.2 million vs. about $1062.3 million in 2010 (growth by 21.9%), states the report of CBA “Generalization of monetary-credit indicators in December 2011”.
From Armenia to Russia in 2011 was transferred about $141.4 million, increased by 20.9% compared to 2010.
In fact, in 2011 the share of Russian Federation was 83.7% of all money transfers to Armenia in the name of individuals and about 53.4% of all transfers of the country.
According to CBA data, net flow of money transfers from Russia through the banking system of Armenia in the reporting period was about $1 153.8 million vs. over $945.3 million in 2010 (growth by 22.1%). ($1- 388.26 drams). —0–
