Consumer prices in Armenia rise by 2.5% in January-October

In the first 10 months of 2023 consumer prices in Armenia rose by 2.5% year-on-year, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

YEREVAN, November 27. /ARKA/. In the first 10 months of 2023 consumer prices in Armenia rose by 2.5% year-on-year, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).
In October 2023 alone the prices were up 0.1% compared to October of the last year, and up 0.3% compared to September of this year.
According to the NSC, the prices of industrial goods increased by 1.6% year-on-year. They were up 4.3% in October this year against October last year, and down 0.2% compared to September this year.
According to the preliminary data of the National Statistical Committee, the economic activity of the country in January-October 2023 grew by 9.2% compared to January-October 2022. -0-
