Consumer prices in Armenia shed 2% in March 2016, compared with March 2015, the National Statistical Service reports.

YEREVAN, April 6. /ARKA/. Consumer prices in Armenia shed 2% in March 2016, compared with March 2015, the National Statistical Service reports.
The index of prices for foods, spirits and tobacco products stood at 94.9% in March 2016, the nonfood price index at 98.5% and services 102.9%.
According to the statistical report, consumer prices in March 2016, compared with the previous month, slid 0.3%, food prices slipped 0.5%, nonfoods 0.2% and services 0.3%.
In the government budget for 2016, inflation is projected at 4% (±1.5%) and GDP growth at 2.2%. ---0---
