Copper concentrate production in Armenia in January-February 2025 decreased by 29.7%

In Armenia, copper concentrate production decreased by 29.7% to 52,570.9 tons in January-February 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, according to data published by the National Statistical Committee of Armenia.

YEREVAN, April 8. /ARKA/. In Armenia, copper concentrate production decreased by 29.7% to 52,570.9 tons in January-February 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, according to data published by the National Statistical Committee of Armenia.
At the same time, zinc concentrate production increased by 20.8%, reaching 1,607.0 tons, while molybdenum concentrate production dropped by 34.9% to 3,081.2 tons.
During the reporting period, 778.2 tons of ferromolybdenum were also produced, marking a 31.2% decrease compared to the first two months of 2024.
