Copper concentrate production in Armenia increased by 4.1% in 2024 compared to 2023, reaching 301,618.4 tons, the National Statistical Committee said.

YEREVAN, February 6. /ARKA/. Copper concentrate production in Armenia increased by 4.1% in 2024 compared to 2023, reaching 301,618.4 tons, the National Statistical Committee said.

At the same time, zinc concentrate production increased by 28.7% to 10,501.0 tons, while molybdenum concentrate production decreased by 26.9% to 17,065.3 tons.

During the reporting period, 4,489.8 tons of ferromolybdenum were also produced, which is 42% less than in 2023. -0-

In Armenia, the production of copper concentrate fell by 9.1%, totaling 235,036.6 tons from January to October 2025, in comparison to the same period in 2024, as reported by the Statistical Committee.
