Consumer prices rose 1.6% in the Nagorno- Karabakh Republic (NKR) in December 2012 from November, according to the NKR National Statistical Service.

Food prices (including alcohol beverages and tobacco goods) inched up by 2.9%, non-food prices—0.4%, service tariffs didn’t change within the reported period.
Consumer price index in the NKR stood at 103% in December 2012 year over year. Food prices (including alcohol beverages and tobacco goods) reached 101.8%, and non-food prices—105.8%, service tariffs—103.6%.
Consumer price index stood at 117.6% in December 2012 year over year. -0-
