ArmRosGazprom (ARG) , Armenia’s Russian-controlled natural gas distributor, said in a statement that delivery of Russian natural gas to Armenia was halted early in the morning for three days.

YEREVAN, October 1, /ARKA/. ArmRosGazprom (ARG) , Armenia’s Russian-controlled natural gas distributor, said in a statement that delivery of Russian natural gas to Armenia was halted early in the morning for three days.
The company cited Georgia’s gas transportation company as saying that the halt is for repair works on the North Caucasus-South Caucasus pipeline that brings the Russian gas to Armenia across Georgia.
The statement says this will not affect gas supplies to industries and households. Gas will be supplied from Abovian underground gas storage facility. -0-
