YEREVAN, February 6. /ARKA/. During a government meeting, Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan stated that in 2023, Armenian greenhouses exported products worth $74.4 million, and in 2024, this figure rose to $118.5 million.

"In particular, 40 million pieces, or 1.8 thousand tons of flowers, were exported in 2023, while in 2024, the number increased to 55 million pieces, or 2.1 thousand tons," he said.

Additionally, 40 thousand tons of vegetables and 2.2 thousand tons of berries were also exported in 2024.

Twenty-one Armenian flower suppliers received permission to export their products to Russia

Twenty-one out of the forty-seven Armenian companies engaged in flower cultivation and export, which were inspected by the Armenian regulator and Russian agricultural watchdog Rosselkhoznadzor, received permission to export their products to Russia.
