YEREVAN, June 6. /ARKA/. Industrial output in Armenia in January-April 2025 amounted to 812,255.8 million drams (in current prices), decreasing by 16.1% compared to January-April 2024. This is evidenced by the data published by the National Statistical Committee of Armenia.

At the same time, industrial output in April amounted to 212,429.1 million drams, a decline of 8.7% compared to April 2024, and 3.9% compared to March 2025.

The volume of production in the mining industry and open-pit mines for the four months of this year amounted to 134,996.0 million drams (a 6.8% decline compared to the four months of 2024), the manufacturing industry - 535,405.7 million drams (a 23.5% decline).

The volume in the sphere of electricity, gas, steam and purified air supplies amounted to 132,080.8 million drams (an 11.7% increase), and in the sphere of water supply, sewerage, waste management and recycling - 9,773.3 million drams (an increase of 1.2%).

The largest share in the structure of industrial production for January-April 2025 falls on the share of the manufacturing industry - 65.9%. The share of mining and open pit mining is 16.6%, electricity, gas, steam and purified air supply is 16.3%, and water supply, sewerage, waste management and recycling is 1.2%. ($1 - 383.4 drams) -0-
