Karabakh authorities collect 9.3 billion in revenues in Jan.-May

In the first five months of this year Nagorno-Karabakh authorities collected a total of 9.3 billion drams in taxes, duties and mandatory social payments, by 2.4% more than projected, according to a statement posted on the official website of the State Tax Service of Nagorno-Karabakh.

STEPANAKERT, June 5, /ARKA/. In the first five months of this year Nagorno-Karabakh authorities collected a total of 9.3 billion drams in taxes, duties and mandatory social payments, by 2.4% more than projected, according to a statement posted on the official website of the State Tax Service of Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to the statement, the figure represented a 10.3% increase (867.5 million drams) over the same time span in 2011. Some 6.689 billion drams were collected as taxes and duties, up from projected 6.525 billion drams (q 2.5% increase). The figure represented an 11% rise from the same time span last year.
Also 2.069 billion drams were collected as mandatory social payments, by 53 million drams more than projected and by 204 million drams more from a year earlier. -0-
