The validity period of the license of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC for guaranteed supply of electric power has been extended until February 1, 2029, the press service of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia reported.

YEREVAN, May 30. /ARKA/. The validity period of the license of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC for guaranteed supply of electric power has been extended until February 1, 2029, the press service of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia reported.
"The said decision was made based on the transitional provisions established by the law of February 7, 2018 "On Amendments and Supplements to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Energy", as well as taking into account the position of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia as an authorized body, based on the program approved by the government," the statement said.
Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC is part of the Tashir Group of Companies, which is owned by entrepreneur and philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan. ESA manages medium and low voltage distribution networks in Armenia.
