Monetary stock in Armenia reduced by 0.4% in September 2014, compared wit August, to AMD 1 598.4 billion, National Statistical Service reports referring to the figures received from the Central Bank of Armenia.

YEREVAN, November 3. /ARKA/. Monetary stock in Armenia reduced by 0.4% in September 2014, compared wit August, to AMD 1 598.4 billion, National Statistical Service reports referring to the figures received from the Central Bank of Armenia.

Cash outside of the banks amounted to about AMD 360.4 billion in late September against about AMD 365.1 billion in late August.

Demand deposits in drams totaled AMD 206.1 billion in late September against AMD 191.7 billion in late July and time deposits in drams AMD 301.3 billion in September against AMD 297.4 billion in August.

Deposits in foreign currencies totaled about AMD 730.6 billion in late September against AMD 750.6 billion in late August.

The money multiplier stood at 2.22 in late September after rising 0.03 points from August’s indicator. ($1- AMD 411.26). ---0-----
