Municipality: repair of Yerevan streets to start today

YEREVAN, 27 May. /ARKA/. Yerevan Municipality announced the start of Yerevan street repair project, including patching of the roadbed.
The announcement was made at the regular session of the Municipality. The repair work will be started from Nor Nork administrative district.
Mayor Tigran Avinyan said that Yerevan residents often ask why road potholes are not fixed on one or another street. According to him, the main reason is that, according to the current legislation, the municipality cannot carry out both patching and average repair work within one year.
He added that the weather forecast for next week is also favorable for the repairs.-0-
