Some 46,907 real estate transactions were effected in Armenia in the second quarter of this year – 12.5% year-on-year growth and 15% quarter-on-quarter growth, Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre reports.

YEREVAN, July 31. /ARKA/. Some 46,907 real estate transactions were effected in Armenia in the second quarter of this year – 12.5% year-on-year growth and 15% quarter-on-quarter growth, Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre reports.

The largest number of the real estate deals was registered in Yerevan – 34.7% of the total number of transactions, and the smallest number was registered in Vayots Dzor province – 1.8%.

Kotayk province accounted for 14.3% of the total number of the transactions registered across the country in the second quarter, Lori province for 5.7%, Gegharkunik for 5.5%, Armavir for 10.5% and Shirak fr 5.3%. ---0---
