Temporary difficulties with delivering goods from Armenia to Russia have arisen due to changes in customs clearance, reported Hayk Karapetyan, head of Ozon in Armenia.
YEREVAN, May 1. /ARKA/. Temporary difficulties with delivering goods from Armenia to Russia have arisen due to changes in customs clearance, reported Hayk Karapetyan, head of Ozon in Armenia.
"To prevent customers from canceling orders due to delays in delivery, we have temporarily hidden product listings for these products from customers in Russia," he announced on social media.
Karapetyan also noted that all products from Armenian entrepreneurs stored in Ozon warehouses in Russia are being sold without restrictions. He also noted that sales within Armenia are continuing at full capacity—customers can see and order any products from local sellers as usual.
"We are already working to restore supply chains and plan to restore temporarily unavailable items in the near future," he added.
According to media and social media reports published today, sales of products from Armenian manufacturers on Wildberries and Ozon have been suspended.
