Pashinyan and Fico discuss development of trade and economic relations between Armenia and Slovakia

YEREVAN, May 26. /ARKA/. Armenian and Slovakian prime ministers Nikol Pashinyan and Robert Fico discussed a set of issues today in Yerevan related to the development of bilateral trade and economic relations, the press service of the Armenian government reported.
It said the two men also discussed some issues related to the expansion of business ties, partnership in the areas of industry, agriculture and energy.
Pashinyan noted that relations between Armenia and Slovakia have a huge potential for development in all directions.
The sides stressed the necessity of activation of bilateral cooperation and in this regard attached importance to the organization of high-level mutual visits.
The sides exchanged views on the issues related to the further development of Armenia-European Union relations and promotion of the democratic reforms in Armenia.
The peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the recent developments were also discussed. Fico expressed his country's support to the Armenian government's peace program in favor of stability and cooperation in the region. -0-
