The Armenian government on Thursday decided to cut personnel in a number of state non-profit organizations, which will allow to economize 157 million drams a year.

YEREVAN, December 15. /ARKA/. The Armenian government on Thursday decided to cut personnel in a number of state non-profit organizations, which will allow to economize 157 million drams a year.

More precisely, Transport. Communications and Information Technology Minister Vahan Martirosyan said a restructuring and merger of two ministerial structures will result in the cut of staff, three vehicles and other expenses totaling 106.9 million drams.

For his part, the Minister of Nature Protection Artsvik Minasyan noted that four state non-profit organizations will be reorganized into one to improve the efficiency of their work.

"As a result the state non-profit organizations’ staff will be reduced by 21 people, which will save about 20 million dramas year." - Minasyan said.

The chairman of the Armenian state cadastre committee Martin Sargsyan said that by merging the two structures the Committee will cut its staff by 20 people, and save 30 million drams. ($ 1 - 484.31 drams). -0-
