Plant in Armenian Vanadzor to produce anti-hail grids

CARMAC Group, a company from Italy and Armenian Vaba LLC will build a plant in Vanadzor, the capital of northern region of Lori, to produce anti-hail grids.
YEREVAN, March 29. /ARKA/. CARMAC Group, a company from Italy and Armenian Vaba LLC will build a plant in Vanadzor, the capital of northern region of Lori, to produce anti-hail grids. Armenian Minister of Agriculture Ignaty Arakelyan was in Vanadzor to discuss the issue with representatives of the companies, the ministry said today.
Vaba LLC deputy head Armen Karachyan said all equipment and part of raw materials will be exported from Italy. According to him, their products will become competitive and will be in demand in the local market. Karachyan noted that the grids will serve at least 10-15 years.
CARMAC Group CEO Andrea Karapetyan added that they plan to export their products as well. He stressed that in all likelihood, the Armenian enterprise will begin to work by the end of the year.
The Minister of Agriculture said the plant will produce three types of anti-hail grids - for vineyards, for intensive as well as traditional gardens. ($ 1 - 480.22 drams). -0--
