Prices for apartments in Yerevan rise slightly in April

Per square meter market price in apartment blocks in Yerevan rose by 0.02% in April 2014 compared to the same period of the year before, Armenia's State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
YEREVAN, May 30. /ARKA/. Per square meter market price in apartment blocks in Yerevan rose by 0.02% in April 2014 compared to the same period of the year before, Armenia's State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
According to the report, the highest prices were recorded in Kentron (Center) – 428,000 drams, and the lowest in Nubarashen – 154,900 drams.
The highest per square meter price in apartment blocks outside Yerevan was recorded in Tsakhkadzor – 292,500 drams and the lowest prices in Dastakert and Shamlug – 8,000 drams.
A slight increase was seen in square meter prices in Ashtarak, Talin, Artashat, Vedi, Goris, Kapan, Yeghegnadzor and Jermuk. ($1 – AMD 413.37). –0--
