Prices for private houses in Armenia jumped 0.7% over 11 months

Average market prices for private houses in Armenia’s regions climbed 0.7% in January-November 2012 compared to the same period a year earlier, according to the report of the State Committee of Real Property Cadastre of Armenia.

YEREVAN, January 9. /ARKA/. Average market prices for private houses in Armenia’s regions climbed 0.7% in January-November 2012 compared to the same period a year earlier, according to the report of the State Committee of Real Property Cadastre of Armenia.
The report shows 4420 purchase/sell deals were made in the reported period, of them 1264—in Yerevan.
Dastakert (Syunik region) reported the lowest prices for private houses over the 11 months – 11,600 drams per sq. m, and Tumanyan (Lori region)—12,100 drams per 1 sq.m.
The highest prices within the reported period were recorded in Tsakhkadzor (Kotayk)-- 304,500 drams per 1 sq.m. ($1 – 403.58 drams). -0-
