Prices of privately-owned Armenian houses grow by 4 percent

Prices of privately-owned homes in provinces of Armenia increased by almost 4 percent in January-August from the same period last year, the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre said.

YEREVAN, November 1. / ARKA /. Prices of privately-owned homes in provinces of Armenia increased by almost 4 percent in January-August from the same period last year, the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre said.
The agency said 3,639 homes were sold and bought in the first nine months of the year, including 989 homes in Yerevan.
According to the official numbers, the lowest price of privately-owned homes in January -September was reported in Dastakert rural community in southern province of Synuik - 11,600 drams per one square meter of housing and in Tumanyan, in northeastern region of Lori – 12,00 drams.
The highest price was recorded in the resort town of Tsakhkadzor in central Kotayk region- - 305,000 drams per square meter. ($ 1 - 405.03 drams). -0-
